| Any product rented from the library will be termed as an “ITEM” in the Terms & Conditions, it will include Books, Toys, Charts, Flash Cards, Baby Gear, etc. |

| 1 – Renewal of items |
| We give you an option to renew an item once; which is valid till the end of next exchange. If items not retuned on time and/or no commmunication, they are auto renewed for next cycle. |

| 2 – Membership |
Membership needs to be renewed:
(a)by end of the term period of your current plan or
(b)after availing the total number of exchanges or
(c) exhausting your entitled point |
| Membership is strictly Non-Transferrable |
| Membership Termination request has to be placed at least 7 days before the end of validity |
| Once the membership is terminated, on re-joining it will be considered as a fresh Registration. |
| All Members are requested to keep the deposit receipt till their membership is valid, and must present the receipt at the time of termination of the membership. Refund will be processed only on submission on the receipt. All Refund request will be accepted only on Saturdays and will take 7 days to be processed. Entire Deposit after adjustments if any for missing items/damage items will be returned interest free on termination. |
| The Library reserves the right to terminate or cancel the membership at its sole discretion, without providing any reason whatsoever. The member has the option to cancel their membership with the Library after completion of its validity period. The cancelation will be considered only after the member has returned all the items rented from the Library, in perfect condition. The Library does not provide any refund for partial membership period. The registration fee is not applicable for refund, only the security deposit would be refunded, after the required deduction (if any). |
| All Memberships purchased for gifting are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another user once. The gifted Membership must be registered within the time period of 1 month from the date of purchase. |
| The member agrees the he/she will not provide any false information like Email address, mailing address, phone number etc. In case any false or misleading information is detected, the Library and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse the service or terminate their membership. |

| 3 – Damage & Missing Items |
| Member should clean any Item with visible debris (i.e. food, dirt, marker lines, chalk lines, etc.) before returning them back to our team. |
| In case of any damage to the item (including its packaging) or any part or portion of the item (Including torn pages, scribbling, cracks, missing parts, etc. ), the member will have to buy the same with full payment of the MRP of the Item. |
| The Library makes sure that each and every item is checked and inspected thoroughly for any missing or damaged part, before it is provided for circulation. Once the items have been circulated, it is the responsibility of the member to ensure that the item should not be damaged & should be in good condition at the time of return. Library or any of the authorized personnel would be the sole judge to decide if a particular item has been damaged during the rent period or before. |

| 4 – Product Images |
| Image of the products used in the communication is owned by the respective toy manufacturers. The Actual Product and its condition may differ from images of the product visible in the communication, website, pamphlets or any other communication material. |

| 5 – Communication |
| The Library will communicate with the members through electronic mediums like Whats App, SMS, Email, Calls, Facebook, Instagram, Video Calls or its website. It is assumed that the customers have given consent to receive communication from the Library and agree to all the agreements, notices, and any other communication sent to them electronically, satisfying the legal requirement of communication in writing. |

| 6 – Safety |
| Members are expected to understand the rules, safety instructions for each item and provide parental guidance to ensure the safety of the child |
| It is the Members responsibility to examine each item and its content to come to a conclusion that the same can be used / consumed by their child safely with out any risk, whatsoever, either to him/her, or any one else in all forms (Mental, Physical, Emotional, Physiological, Material, etc. ) It is the Members responsibility that the item is handled by the child under supervision of an adult. Neither the Library, nor its affiliates can be held responsible, whatsoever, on account of the usage of any of the items rented |

| 7 – Others |
| Terms & Conditions of the Library are subject to change as per the discretion of the management |
| On enrolment, the member confirms to abide by all the Terms & Conditions of the library |
| The Library has the right to change the fees, charges & deposit amount at any point of time at its own sole – discretion with out any intimation to any its members. |
| Alica Nagar and the Library may be under electronic surveillance during part or entire working hours of the library. |
| Right to membership & entry is at the discretion of the management |
| Photography / Videography in the library is not permitted and needs to be done only on written permission of the library |
